Victoria reached 70% single dose vaccination rate on 19 September 2021

On Thursday 15 July 2021 at 11:59pm Victoria moved to Covid-19 Circuit Breaker restrictions. Accordingly, most services we offer that require face-to-face contact or a person to a physically attend a site have been cancelled until restrictions are lifted. Please see the ‘Services Impacted’ section below for a summary of what services have been impacted.

On Sunday 19 September 2021 at 11:59pm some restrictions were lifted due to Victoria having reached 70% single dose vaccination rate. Some real estate services became permitted activities including private inspections and preparation of marketing materials (EG. photography, videography, etc).

ACE Property Share remains open for business with all staff working remotely from home. However the ACE Property Share office location remains closed. If you need to contact us, please email, message or call us as per normal. All our communication channels are operating normally.

Services Impacted

The following services have been impacted by Covid-19 Circuit Breaker Restrictions

Lease Commencement & Key Handovers

Lease Commencement & Key Handover services are permitted and will continue to be carried out. However, all persons must comply with applicable Covid-19 restrictions and act in accordance with our CovidSafe plan. Some services may be rescheduled or postponed if required.

Lease End & Key Returns

Lease End & Key Return services are permitted and will continue to be carried out. However, all persons must comply with applicable Covid-19 restrictions and act in accordance with our CovidSafe plan. Some services may be rescheduled or postponed if required.

Maintenance & Repairs - Non Urgent

All non urgent Maintenance & Repairs are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.

Maintenance & Repairs - Urgent

Urgent Maintenance & Repair services are permitted and will continue to be carried out. However, all persons must comply with applicable Covid-19 restrictions and act in accordance with our CovidSafe plan. Some services may be rescheduled or postponed if required.

Open for Inspections

All Open for Inspections / Open Homes are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.

Private Inspections

Private Inspections are permitted for end of lease activities including inspection of prospective rental properties. Inspections must be by appointment only and are limited to one household per inspection. The agent must stay outside during the inspection. The current occupants (if any) must be absent during the inspection.

Rent Appraisals

All Rent Appraisals are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.

Routine Inspections

All Routine Inspections are cancelled until restrictions are lifted.
